" Life's a game,
the only difference is you only get one spin and you're playing with real
money."

"Leo Durochers once said that nice guys always lose. Well, I
can tell you about one nice guy who won, and won big, simply by
being a nice guy to everyone he met or did business with. His
name is Clyde Wilson. He was born in a tiny little hamlet in
the middle of Florida, and now divides his time between
Bellflower, California and Winter Haven, Florida. Clyde owns
all kinds of commercial properties and mobile home parks spread
across California and Florida. He has accomplished all of this
by being a perfect gentleman in all of his contacts with
customers, clients, tenants, and friends. He is the first to
grab the check, and the last to say anything good about
himself. I heard about Clyde a long time before I met him, but
once I got the chance to get to know him, I can't think of
anyone with so many real friends with real regard for each
other. Clyde has a wealth of knowledge about just about every
aspect of building, buying, selling, and holding profitable real
estate; and he willingly shares it with those who are trying to
get ahead. If you ever get a chance to buy Clyde lunch, do
it, and just sit back and listen to his stories. You'll be
amazed at all he's done and how he's done it. But don't be
surprised if he beats you to the check even when it was you who
asked him out. On the other hand, don't be surprised if, after
reading this, he doesn't. Regardless whether he does or
doesn't, he'll have a twinkle in his eye and you'll be glad you
met him. I know I am."

"Having grown up very poor, Clyde does his best to help others
to never go where he came from. He is first class."

| "It is really hard to describe Clyde in one sentence, let
alone what I think of him. I have never meet a man that
is more interested in helping people understand the importance of their
financial future. From 8 to 80, novice to pro, Clyde shares his wisdom
and, more importantly, his time to help people grow and learn.
I could go on and on..."

"Mr. Clyde knows people and connects with
all generations. He gives of his time and knowledge to all from
novice to professional. The secret of his success is he will try
anything (such as rattlesnake hunting at his young age) and will
encourage you to try as well. Now, he doesn’t look too sharp, but I
remember when my youngest son Carson (he was 12 years old at the
time) asked Mr. Clyde if fish had fun. Mr. Clyde thought for a
moment and told him he would get back with him on that. Two years
later, he told Carson that he didn’t believe fish had any fun
because they always stayed in school. That’s connecting—and people
skills of the best kind."

help or advice it I need it. He is always ready, able and willing to
help everyone." Jackie Lange

"Of all the students I've been privileged to teach, Clyde is the
one I like hearing from the most. When I see him or he calls, he always
makes me smile. Although a little long in the tooth, his smile has
endeared him to many. Clyde is a good time waiting to happen.
Although Clyde does not conduct seminars, he has taught many to use a
calculator and then to how to use that calculator to make good deals. He
has given me and many others the Clyde Tour (East Coast and West Coast)
of his properties and will spend as long as you want explaining why the
sellers made him a great deal. Clyde has taught me a lot. He showed me
how to rent real estate one square foot at a time, and he taught both
Peter Fortunato and I how to dive off Mexico. He is a great friend and a
man of nearly endless wisdom."
